About
Mona Earth is a wellbeing company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations manage stress, restore balance, and strengthen resilience through meditation, yoga, and nature-based wellbeing. Our work integrates evidence-informed practices with accessible tools that support the nervous system and promote clarity, focus, and grounded leadership.
Founded by Teresa Auntora Gomes, Mona Earth reflects her commitment to making wellbeing both practical and meaningful. Teresa completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and 100-hour Meditation Certification with JAI Wellness in 2016. She has since taught meditation at JAI Wellness, offered yoga classes at Pursuit Integrative Health Clinic, facilitated corporate meditation sessions for retail teams, and led wellness workshops for community organizations across the GTA.
Teresa also brings years of experience in international development and climate programming, where she supported teams working through pressure, uncertainty, and rapid change. This background shaped her understanding of human resilience and deepened her belief in the restorative impact of nature and nervous system-aligned wellbeing.
Mona Earth’s mission is to offer high-quality wellness experiences that help people regulate, refocus, and reconnect—with themselves, their work, and the environments they move through. Weekly Wellness Sessions
Ongoing sessions that blend meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and reflection to help teams regulate stress and stay centered throughout the workweek.

Stress Recovery Program
A structured 4- or 6-week program rooted in neuroscience and mindfulness. Each week builds practical skills to understand stress, calm the body, and restore natural energy flow. Participants learn daily tools to prevent burnout and sustain focus.

An immersive workshop for leaders to strengthen focus, empathy, and decision-making under pressure. We integrate mindfulness, nervous-system awareness, and nature-based reflection to help leaders model calm and create cultures of well-being.
